CHOLLA
CHOLLA (Connecting Hands-on Lifelong Learning Adventures) is an organization of land management agencies, education nonprofits, and teachers and administrators from Clark County School District. The group works to provide information to teachers on field trips and guest presenters, all aimed at getting K-12 students in touch with their natural environment and community. The Beyond the Classroom website (also available through Interact with the FirstClass client for CCSD teachers) has details about each of the group members, and the opportunities and curriculum they offer.
