Information about this online form

When using this online application form, please note the following:

  1. If you are pasting in information from Microsoft Word into the description or budget fields, hidden characters in the Word document may cause the form to fail, or may cut off part of your text. If it does (you don't see the "Thank you..." message, or some of your text is missing from the "Thank you..." page), you'll have to start over. This time, first turn your text into plain text (select Clear Formatting from the Font: Style selector in Word), then copy and paste in the text. This isn't to discourage you from using Word to compose your application - it is always a good idea to have a copy of your application in a word processing document for reference and future use.
