We appreciate links from the websites of environmental education and education organizations, agencies and businesses to NNREC. Thanks! If you link to a specific page, be aware that our website structure changes from time to time and pages will move. Browsers and Software
Pages will display best in the Firefox and Opera browsers, which are available for the Windows, Mac, and UNIX platforms, and will display well in Safari (part of MacOS X) and OmniWeb on the Mac platform. We recommend against use of Microsoft Internet Explorer due to its significant security risks for your computer, and display flaws (IE does not follow standards recommended by the World Wide Web Consortium and other standards-setting organizations). Using the latest version of whichever browser you prefer will provide the best and most responsive display. Version 4 and earlier browsers will display these pages poorly.
This website makes extensive use of Adobe pdf documents via the free Adobe® Reader®, and some use of Apple QuickTime via the free QuickTime Player.
This site requires the use of JavaScript for the menu system. If you have turned off JavaScript in your browser, a Site Navigation link will show up instead of the menu, which you can use to navigate, though less easily. Nothing else is required for the display of these web pages.
This web site complies with WWW standards. Page which are fully compliant with the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) HTML 4.01 Strict standard have the W3C logo in the lower right corner, as does this page. Other pages are in transition from a lower level of compliance. All pages are fully CSS compliant.
