Ends
Ends Polcies: The category of board policy that sets forth the fundamental reason for an organization's existence in terms of the expect results for specified populations at some state efficiency, cost, or priority among other results. The ends concept embraces the organization's intended effects on the world - not unintended ones, but those whose fulfillment constitutes one measure of CEO performance.
